Over the years we have had a variety of colors: white, brown, dark brown, blue, and green. We currently have blue and brown eggs, with each dozen being roughly half and half. We wash our eggs, but if you are interested in unwashed, just ask! Unwashed eggs do not need to be refrigerated and stay fresh for 2-3 weeks at room temperature (or much longer if refrigerated).
